  2. Obstacles & Insecurities- Let's delve deep into insecurities and overcome negative cycles for lasting progress.

  3. Diet Assessment- Through a 3-4 day process, discover positive and negative habits to tailor effective habit changes for you.

  4. Fitness & Activity- Recognizing individual differences, we take a unique approach to fitness and activity while considering dietary adjustments.

  5. Mindfulness Practices-  Reconnect your mind and body through easy mindfulness practices that enhance mood, improve your relationship with food, and meet your body's needs.

  6. Adherence & Motivation- Overcome plateaus, strict diet unhappiness, injuries, and burnout by embracing a flexible, accountable approach.
